The other batch of Southwest competitors tackle the qualifying course, which includes the Quad Steps, Log Grip, Spinning Log, Jump Hang, Devil Steps, and Warped Wall. Veteran Ninjas include top competitor Levi Meeuwenberg, "Twilight" stuntman Paul Darnell, and "Grandpa Ninja" Kelvin Antoine, while hotshot rookie Alex Duong and father-son duo Ron Shalvis, Sr. and Ronnie Shalvis, Jr. take on the course for the first time.
