Disclosure and the Secret Underground War

With every passing day, the negotiation for full or partial disclosure heats up. Pivotal to these debates are the social implication for each level of disclosure. Corey Goode explains that some officials believe that these disquietous revelations will lead to massive waves of social unrest and chaotic disorder. As the debates continue, a secret underground war has begun as subterranean bases are being destroyed by the Alliance and major weather modification programs have ceased.
