Pt 4 Eve Spaceplane "Pants Destroyer" development

Phase 4 development of our multistage Eve spaceplane the "Pants Destroyer". This is actually the second half of a stream (sorry for the lack of an intro). We decided to go Buran style of the Eve's ascent out of Kerbin. From there we realized the easiest thing to do would be to land it on Minmus to refuel. We have all the pieces ready to make this into a legit mission!
