SpaceX is launching a Falcon 9 carrying Formosat-5 satellite out of Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. They will be landing the first stage on their droneship "Just Read The Instructions" about 213 miles (343 km's) south of Vandenberg AFB in the Pacific Ocean.
