Watch LIVE as India attempts to become the fourth country ever to softly land on the surface of the moon. They're attempt to land near the south pole of the moon at 70.9 degrres south between craters Manzinus C and Simpelius N.

This would be the first soft landing for India and will be quite an exciting event. The spacecraft, Chandrayaan-2 is actually made of of an orbiter/kick stage, a lander and a rover.

And at a total mission cost of around $150 million USD, it's considered to be an incredibly cost efficient mission of this caliber.

Since I'm going on a few hours early, I figure we'll replicate this mission in Kerbal Space Program and give you a sense of how they did it!
