Made from red velvet sponge, this two-and-a-half-foot long whopper comes complete with over 150 hand cut sugar paste scales. Wedding cake specialist Suzanne takes a break from the norm as she's asked to make a 30th birthday cake for a modern art fan, who wants an edible installation as a centrepiece for his party. Eloise creates a stylish sponge for a catwalk launch.
