Chicago Couple Wants Deck to Deep Fry Turkeys

J.L. and Erica currently live on the top floor of a Chicago rental, but since they're planning to start a family they've decided it's time to buy their first home. Erica wants a modern home that doesn't have stairs. J.L. prefers a bungalow, and is focused on a nice deck where he can deep fry turkeys.
