Several units are on the tail of a white van being driven around town at four times the speed limit. After a tyre bursts, the driver continues for a while until he eventually ditches the vehicle and tries to escape on foot, but police dog Quantum is hot on his heels. Meanwhile, following a suspected arson attempt on a car, officers get behind a nippy Mercedes A-Class that they believe has fled the crime scene
