Guest: Dame Esther Rantzen

Three enthusiastic home cooks are pitted against each other as they try to make a delicious dish using the day's ingredient boxes. The first test is to create something from a box put together by Dame Esther Rantzen.

In the second challenge, James Martin selects the ingredients to go into three new boxes. They have to choose between a posh box, a pudding box and a pasta box. Based on the dishes from this second test, James Martin decides who triumphs and wins Cook of the Day!
