Tiny Bagel & Lox | Tiny Kitchen

Even a tiny bagel with lox still needs a healthy schmear of cream cheese, capers, and onions.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp flour
½ tsp instant yeast
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp lukewarm water
Sesame seeds
To serve:
2 tsp cream cheese
1, 1-inch piece smoked salmon
3 capers
1 slice red onion

STEPS:
1.) Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let sit covered for a few minutes.
2.) Take a piece of dough and flatten a little, poke a hole in the middle and stretch it into a bagel shape or twist and form a bagel.
3.) Boil for 5 seconds, then bake at 350ºF for 5 minutes. Serve with cream cheese, lox, capers and onion.
