Saving a ramen chain during the pandemic - Staying Afloat

We were catching up with Tomoharu Shono, who told us how he was managing his ramen restaurant group, split between Japan and overseas, during the pandemic.

In Staying Afloat, Shono tells us his story, from having to close down his restaurants overseas, installing security measures to leveraging his 15 years of experience as a ramen creator to develop new products, while also sharing his views about the food industry, hardly hit worldwide.
