What If Wither Skeletons Spawned in the Soul Sand Valley?

The other day I was on planetminecraft & saw this really cool datapack. This pack adds a new type of wither skeleton, the wither soldier, into the game. This creature spawns in the soul sand valley & has some awesome drops! What do you think of this idea?
