The program, conceived by Maria De Filippi and Alberto Silvestri, sees as protagonists ordinary people who want to reunite with distant relatives, lost loves or youthful friendships, but also to resolve situations that have remained pending. The staff, through a kind postman, identifies the recipient and invites him in transmission: only here will he know who invited him and why. Separated from the sender by a large screen, the recipient can decide whether to move it to be able to rejoin.
