Longtime Renters Make a Commitment to Buy in Costa Mesa

After 17 years of renting in Costa Mesa, California, widowed Diane Canfield, her two sons and her mother are finally going to buy a home. They're looking for a home with a kitchen that's larger than the one in their rental and hopefully has an open floor plan in a living/kitchen/dining area. They's also love a larger backyard with space for outdoor cookouts. With a budget of $550,000 and realtor Casey Lesher on board, they've agreed they're willing to buy a house that needs some improvements to get what they need within their budget.
