Abigail V Jon, Jay V Stephen

Abigail is in court to claim £299.95 for non-payment of wages as well as an administration fee for her role in a short film. Defendant Jon disputes owing this amount as there was never an agreement regarding administration fees.

Jay is in court to claim £100 for the first months installment on a car he sold to a friend which he later took back. Defendant Stephen says as the car was not roadworthy her owes nothing, he is counterclaiming £477 for the costs incurred whilst in possession of the vehicle.
