Karl V Janette, John V Imi

Karl is in court to claim £2,780 for the upkeep of his horse which the previous owner sold without his consent. Janette defends herself by saying Karl was given the horse on a temporary basis therefore she owes nothing.

John is in court to claim £3,620 owed on loans he made to his friend but never received any repayments. Defendant Imi says there were never any formal agreements for the loans and as he had helped John in lieu of repayments he owes nothing.
