Victoria V Sarah, Lorraine V John

Victoria is in court to claim £550 owed on loads she made to her sister. Defendant Sarah says as she’s loaned money to Victoria in the past and never expected it back the debt should be written off.

Lorraine is in court to claim £400 for the value of her mobility scooter which she part exchanged for a new one which was subsequently taken back by the seller. John says Lorraine failed to pay for the new scooter and as it was returned damaged, he owes nothing. He is counterclaiming £352.11 for the repair costs
