Stacey V Shirley, Chris V Lynette

Stacey is in court to claim £410 for the amount her mother has stolen from her over time as well as compensation for abuse she suffered as a child. Defendant Shirley says her daughter is lying about the money and the abuse therefore she owes nothing. She is counterclaiming £2,500 compensation for the harassment she has received from Stacey.

Chris is in court to claim £4,704.30 owed for gardening work and expenses after a customer refused to let him finish the job. Defendant Lynette denies owing any money as she says the work was left unfinished and was substandard, she is counterclaiming £2,598 to rectify the work done as well as the money she paid upfront.
