Chris is in court to claim £5,000 owed on loans he made to his stepmother to help pay off her debts. Defendant Gena says the money was a gift so therefore she owes nothing.

Rudebone is in court £1,400 for non-payment of wages after his artist was booked to perform at a music event. Defendant Olu says Rudebone was aware payment was dependent on ticket sales and as the event was not as successful as planned he owes nothing.
