Jessica & Luke V Nic, Alan V Jade

Jessica and Luke are in court to claim £1,900 on behalf of Jessica's Mother for the damage caused to her car as well as other expenses after a neighbour crashed it during a test drive. Defendant Nic says the accident wasn't his fault as there was a problem with the steering therefore he owes nothing.

Alan is in court to claim £600 owed on a loan he made to his friend to pay for a shopping spree. Defendant Jade says Alan was aware she could not afford to pay back the loan and as there was no formal agreement, she owes nothing.
