Emma is in court to claim £5,000 which she paid upfront for a shop lease which was never transferred into her name. Defendant Ali says he transferred the lease into Emma's name and as she broke their agreement, he owes nothing. He is counterclaiming £5,000 he says she still owed for the lease.

Andy is in court claiming £839.92 for a paint sprayer which he lent to his nephew but never received back as well as money owed on loans. Defendant Graham denies owing money for the paint sprayer as he left it in a secure location and as it was agreed he wouldn't have to pay back the loans until he's fully qualified, he owes nothing.
