Junior V Stephen, Eddie V Paul

Junior is in court to claim £1,680 in rent arrears from his former friend. Defendant Stephen says Junior was aware of his circumstances and says as he was unfairly evicted he owes nothing.

Eddie is in court to claim £495 for loss of earnings after a former friend booked him to perform several gigs and then cancelled at the last minute. Defendant Paul says there was never a formal agreement regarding the bookings so therefore he owes nothing.
