Kane V Mason, John V Connor, Angela V Ann

Kane is in court to claim £100 for the value of a tracksuit which his brother failed to return after he wore it without consent. Defendant Mason says the damage was accidental and as Kane has also damaged items belonging to him, he says he owes nothing.

John is in court to claim £450 for loss of earnings due to the negative effect a convicted prankster had on his business. Defendant Connor says he's never met John therefore he's not responsible and as he's already been fined for his actions he owes nothing.

Angela is in court to claim #5,000 for an outstanding loan she made to her daughter to help her move house. Defendant Ann says it was agreed she would pay her mother back once she sold a valuable item and as this is no longer possible, she owes nothing.
