Bryanie V Sarah, Murtaza V Nav

Bryanie is in court to claim £800 owed on loans she made to her mother to pay for a deposit on a new property. Defendant Sarah says as there was no formal agreement she should be given more time to repay the loan.

Murtaza is in court to claim £25 for breach of contract after an acting role he was cast for was given to someone else. Defendant Nav says Murtaza broke the contract as he refused to follow direction therefore he owes nothing.
