Jay goes through the documents he obtained in Entry 60. These medical records are from Tim's childhood, starting from second grade, and parts of the information are blacked out with marker. This appears to have been done by whoever left the records for Jay to find, rather than the hospital or doctors. In addition to the records, the folder contains a photograph of Tim and Jay from their meeting in Entry 59. "WATCHING" is written on the back of the photo in black marker.
