Kanazawa Nigiri Sushi Contest! Big Win With Creative Sushi Toppings
This year's contest features Gene Sushi, home to God Hand Ohtora, one of the Seven Chefs of Aji Shogun. Ohtora buys up all the fatty tuna and seaweed. Each sushi restaurant has no choice but to participate in the contest with sushi that has neither fatty tuna nor seaweed. Will Yoichi's ingenious sushi please the judges?
