EU4: "Czech's and Balances" in Less Than 1 Minute

The new "Czechs and Balances" achievement is 'supposed' to be earned by playing a standard game as Bohemia and gradually wresting crown land from the estates. But by taking advantage of the achievement's wording and releasing Moravia, we can actually cheese it out in less than a minute.
