In the 1990s, set against the backdrop of Rio de Janeiro, Evandro aspires to be a successful entrepreneur. However, a catastrophic event changes his course, thrusting him into the seedy underbelly of crime. His strategic mindset and skills don't go unnoticed by Morello, a law enforcement investigator who has a tendency towards detrimental actions. Morello regards Evandro as a respectable adversary.
