Susan V Sue, Joz V Bob

Susan is in court claiming £1,026.68 for vet bills and a refund on a puppy which she says was mis-sold as he was in poor health. Defendant Sue denies the dog was in poor condition and as she offered to take him back, she owes nothing.

Joz is in court to claim £500 for non-payment of wages after he was booked to perform in a comedy show. Defendant Bob says as he harmed himself trying to salvage Joz's failed set the venue refused to pay him, therefore he owes nothing. He is counterclaiming £500 for loss of earnings.
