Amanda V Louise, Jim V Lucas

Amanda is in court claiming £5,000 owed on loans to a friend to help her through a difficult period. Defendant Louise admits she borrowed the money but says as Amanda hasn't been in contact for over six years the debts should be written off.

Jim is in court to claim £5,000 owed on loans he made to his son. Defendant Lucas disputes owing this amount as some of the money was given whilst he was a minor.
