Balthazar
Raphaël Balthazar (Tomer Sisley) is the most gifted medical examiner of his generation, but he fascinates as much as he exasperates. Indeed, Balthazar makes a mockery of norms and conventions. He becomes the teammate of police captain Hélène Bach (Hélène de Fougerolles), recently arrived at the criminal brigade, with whom he is confronted with the most complex murder investigations.
But Balthazar is haunted by the bloody murder of his wife, Lise, 12 years earlier. He has to deal with this constant wound in order to stay involved in the investigations he conducts with Hélène. The essentials are simple, but deliciously complicated. Alexia, Tam and Sylia Chamade were separated for years before reuniting in 2023 in Paris, the City of Lights. Their reunion coincided with the resurfacing of a work of art that had belonged to their father, who died ten years earlier in the mysterious fire of his gallery. Convinced that this piece could help them understand what really happened, the sisters took a dangerous decision: steal it. From there, Cat’s Eyes became a sleek mix of action, mystery and martial arts, driven by family secrets, emotional wounds and the adrenaline rush of impossible thefts.
At the center of the story is the Chamade trio, whose chemistry remains the show’s greatest weapon. Camille Lou plays Tamara “Tam” Chamade, balancing vulnerability, nerve and unresolved romantic tension; Constance Labbé brings sharp elegance and command to Sylia “Syl” Chamade; and Claire Romain gives Alexia “Alex” Chamade the impulsive spark that makes the team unpredictable. Their dynamic is not simply “three sisters doing heists.” It is about trust rebuilt under pressure, sibling resentment resurfacing at the worst possible moment, and the shared belief that their father’s death was not the closed case the world wants them to accept.
