A young girl disappears after a party during the great storm of 1999. Captain Pierre Castaing, in charge of the investigation, must release his suspect, Serge Fouquet, for lack of evidence. A few hundred kilometers away, Sarah, a young investigator from the Juvenile Brigade, finds herself confronted with another disappearance of a young girl involving the same suspect.
